Ingredients – Lavender, Vetiver, Cedarwood & Fractionated Coconut Oil – 10ml Roller Blend

Lavender is well known for its calming and relaxing effects on the body, assisting the body to fall asleep and promoting healthy sleep cycles

Cedarwood supports healthy function of the pineal gland, which releases melatonin, the body’s natural sleepy hormones.

Vetiver is psychologically grounding and calming, it’s distilled from the roots of the plant and has a beautiful rich and earthy smell to it.

Directions – Apply 15mins prior to naps and bedtime by rolling onto the bottom of the feet and down the spine for a more restful and deeper sleep.
